Allana Ferguson bio
Allana was a player for Australia at the Rugby Sevens in 2013, then consecutive knee injuries forced Allana to miss several years before making the transition back to league. Allana's first match in the rugby league for women was in the year 2015. She was a good player against Queensland and also represented New South Wales. Allana is also a frequent radio presenter, appearing frequently as part of 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana also holds a teaching degree. Allana Ferguson, a Jillaroos player and a qualified teacher out of the sport arena and has represented Australia three times - in touch football, in rugby league as well rugby sevens. Jillaroos' star Allana Ferguson is forced to bring an early end to her rugby league professional career following the tear of her ACL for the fourth time. Ferguson was 25, and had torn her ACL in the same spot between 15-17 and 20 years old. After a fourth tear she realized that it was now time for an end. Ferguson was the JILLAROOS' playmaker, was forced to resign earlier due to a 4th left ACL tear. Ferguson, the JILLAROOS' playmaker, confirmed the situation via The Courier Mail this week following an injury sustained when he was training in the month of November.
