Morgan starred alongside other actors in the informational film Safe Sex for Men and Women that focuses on AIDS prevention as well as education. The proceeds from the film were donated to American Foundation for AIDS Research. She is also on the Entertainment Industry AIDS Task Force. Morgan is a member of the entertainment industry's AIDS Task Team. Morgan has also led many other fundraising projects to fight AIDS and has testified before the particular Congressional Committee regarding AIDS Education. Morgan is also a member of the Board of Directors for Amfar and on the board of Governors of APLA. C. Everett Koop's former assistant surgeon general asked her from time to time to be his substitute during AIDS awareness activities. Additionally, she was the host of an AIDS Awareness Special hosted by Steve Bell. Ted Koppell interviewed Morgan twice for Nightline on AIDS. Morgan has been nominated by the Emmys to be a part of Diane English's Murphy Brown special written especially specifically for Morgan. This spring, Morgan costarred alongside Joan Rivers as Your Money or Your Wife on ABC television. Her summer started by starring in Murder At The PTA Luncheon that was created by Von Zerneck/Sertner. The show included Cindy Williams and Marla Gibbs. Her next project took Morgan to Luxembourg, where she starred as Sherlock Holmes and the Leading Lady in the production of Harmony Gold. Christopher Lee and Patrick McNee were also in the show. Morgan has also appeared in a psychological suspense drama created exclusively by USA Network. This thriller garnered the best ever ratings for that network.
